Ruddy, a breast cancer surgeon at Clara Maass Medical Center in Belleville, New Jersey, founded the Breast Health and Healing Foundation in hopes to spread word about the global initiative for the prevention of breast cancer. This cookbook remains true to the mission of The Breast Health and Healing Foundation and provides healthy recipes filled with cancer-fighting ingredients. All proceeds from the sale of this book will be used to support the Breast Health and Healing Foundation (501c3).

Easy to follow instructions

This is a sturdy, easy to follow instruction book that really lays flat, even when you fold the pages completely over.
I wish there were a little more margin between the spine and the words, but it is readable so that is a small thing.
