The quality of binding is great, was able to lay flat to easily follow a recipe. Have only used one recipe so far.
The premise of this book got me to buy it. I was a bit surprised to find most of the recipes were better suited to ziplocks. The title was deceiving, but the recipes remain very good. I would recommend it with a different title.
