Book was very well written. Good print, a few spelling errors, (that is the editor's problem, not yours). Recipes easily understood, easy to follow, very good use of symbols. Found out a lot of things I never knew before. I understand more about bread baking and baking in general. Will be putting my new knowledge to work very soon. Love the flatness of the book, makes turning pages so much easier and quicker, finding recipes and information very easy. Layout and presentation of the book was very good. I'd say I was very well satisfied with my purchase. On a scale of one to ten. I would give it a big TEN!!!!
