Useful suggestions

I'm enjoying trying many of the suggested exercises. Some of them I was already doing, but there are enough new ones to keep me interested. The only reason I give the book only 4 stars is the layout. It would be much easier to use if each exercise had its own page. As it is, many of them run over onto the next page, and then a new one starts below that. I would like to take the book to Kinkos to copy the exercises I want to use, but the page layout makes that more of a chore. I realize that giving each exercise its own page would require more pages, but it would be an improvement.
