Love Strength Training for Seniors!

This is a great book! The first six chapters contains excellent background information and describe how the program works. The next seven chapters have detailed descriptions of workouts for specific areas for the whole body focusing on flexibility and strength. Each of those chapters have information on Equipment Needed, Suggested Workout Schedules, and directions. The photos are especially helpful. I highly recommend this book!
