The town soon learns they've misjudged Dude and that he is, in fact, an all-around awesome guy.

This is my 4th! ATK Cookbook - actually, 1 of my 4 cookbooks is their Complete/All About Family Baking recipe book, ha, but I still consider it a “cook” book. My latest ATK cookbook, The Complete Mediterranean Diet Cookbook, is just as great as their other (3) cookbooks - it is everything I’ve come to expect from ATK - full of wonderful, healthy recipes that are easy to follow, along with including great color photos & SO MUCH more helpful information & great tips as well. ideal Book Format for ADHD

The Lay it Flat version of the book is a must have. It really allows you to immediately pick up where you left off, and with my ADHD, if I get distracted I can return back to exactly where I left off with no effort. I took a chance on this format, my first Lay It Flat Book and now I’m wondering if I can get all my future books in this format. They’re on to something here! As for the content of the book, she is spot on with advice. Make the investment into yourself and reorganize your life from the ADHD perspective. It’s making a difference for me.
