This is the central idea of Escape from Freedom, a landmark work by one of the most distinguished thinkers of our time, and a book that is as timely now as when first published in 1941. This is an excellent book in its own right. It is well written and covers its subject matter very well. It is made all the better being in the lay it flat format. It can be positioned at a certain page to reference and never flips pages or tries to close. And it can be read in single page format by holding it in that manner. An excellent book made better. This is a sturdy, easy to follow instruction book that really lays flat, even when you fold the pages completely over.
