I ordered two different Mediterranean diet cookbooks from lay it flat on my first order and just now ordered two more. The spiral bound cookbooks are awesome. I don’t think I’ll ever order cookbooks again that aren’t spiral bound. They arrived way faster than i had anticipated which was wonderful. This will be my go to place for cookbooks from now on.
