One of the finest and most popular of British Victorian-era painters, John William Waterhouse (1849–1917) effectively combined classical mythology and European legend in his many works. His dramatic portraits of wistful, long-haired maidens have become icons of femininity, captivating viewers with their extraordinary sense of drama and meticulous detail. Twenty-four of his finest paintings appear here in card format, among them The Lady of Shalott, The Soul of the Rose, and La Belle Dame Sans Merci.

It's a great coloring book. The pages are a little bit thin, but so far I have not had an issue with ink bleeding through (I keep a piece of cardboard between the pages when coloring just in case). Will order from them again.
