instructive, clear, complete and SPIRAL-BOUND

I wanted training programs for using free weights at home, without the need to join a gym or buy a lot of equipment. This book exceeded my expectations for comprehensiveness and clarity (with nice drawings and clear text). On top of that it's spiral bound, so you can easily use it as you learn to perform the exercises. It's a great book!
