Simply Perfect

As a home baker, I love using Lay it Flat. Most books do not lay flat easily. With Lay it Flat, I'm able to keep my baking book open to the correct page without anything placed on top of it to keep it flat. As a baker - this is so important. I don't think I'll ever buy another baking book without the spiral binding.

And ... let's talk about how great Claire Saffitz is. I fell in love with her on YouTube - but there's nothing like having her books on my counter as inspiration.

Lay it flat is great for cookbooks - and Claire Saffitz is the best!

I bought this for my daughter for Christmas. We are big fans of Claire and this book looks as good as the first one. Having the ability to lay it flat while making the recipes is great. All recipe books should be bound this way!
