I love the spiral bound, it makes reading an enjoyment! It reminds me of my student years that I used to have spiral bound books! At the beginning I had doubts but now that I am using it, it's worth every penny. Currently, I am on chapter 4 and it's really helpful so far, especially the worksheets. I can't wait to move on to the next chapters and learn more about CBT!

I've always been leery of trying to work with wire, because it never looks as good as the pictures. This lay it flat goes step by step, and I think I'll be able to build beautiful wire sculptures. Well done.

I love that this book lies flat against my piano's music stand. It makes it much easier to see the music and enjoy playing. The level offered is great for me, as I get back into playing the piano after not playing for quite some time.
