If you are using old packaging, make sure the return label is the only information showing to avoid issues during transit. To qualify for this lifetime warranty, the product must have been purchased through our website and the original order confirmation email or receipt must be presented. Note: the warranty does not cover damage caused by improper use, mishandling, or normal wear and tear.
