Love the color pictures and the step- by- step directions. New jam recipes and updated favorites. My last Ball canning book was from 1998, and before that one from the 40's!!

I really love this intro to canning and preserving. The book is greatly detailed and I love that the book lies flat so you don't have to search through your house for something to keep the page down and thus cover up the recipe you are using at the time. Came well packaged and in pristine condition.
