This is a great book! The first six chapters contains excellent background information and describe how the program works. The next seven chapters have detailed descriptions of workouts for specific areas for the whole body focusing on flexibility and strength. Each of those chapters have information on Equipment Needed, Suggested Workout Schedules, and directions. The photos are especially helpful. I highly recommend this book!

To me, one of the most frustrating issues with small print texts is that how nearly impossible to keep a page(s) open for reference. This is so very special . Something about seeing the Hebrew words is just inspiring. I have decided to read through the Bible from genisis 1 through Revelation. Im going to use this beautiful Word of God to do it, perhaps also using my Thompson study Bible as cross reference. Im exvited!
