Don't Cause Trouble

This is turned out to be an amazing book that is used on a regular basis for cooking meals in our house. I like the fact that I was spiral bound so it's easy for me to work with.

I owned The Moosewood Cookbook in the 70’s and in a rash moment of downsizing, I gave it away. When I saw it on your site, I knew I wanted to own it again. And spiral bound was even better.
I fell in love all over again. The handwritten text, personal comments, and lovely doodles throughout make it so fun to read. Mollie Katzen has updated some of the recipes for healthier eating, giving the choice of which way to prepare the food to the chef.
The recipes are unique and based on providing fresh, flavorful food to put on your table.
It is just a delightful, fun cookbook to own, and for certain, I won’t give this one away!

The book lays perfectly flat just like it was advertized to do. Makes it easty to work with when playing music.

Ordered a Billy Joel Songbook on line. Wanted it to lay Flat on my piano. Book arrived as advertised in perfect condition. Took a little longer then I had hoped but it was well worth it
