I love the layout! It's easy to follow, unlike other journals I've used.
This workbook allows for healing in many ways. The thoughtful & logical layout of the exercises makes sense as you follow a path to recreating yourself into the real you. I keep it on my desk & every morning refer back to the past exercises to refresh. This has been such a nice, calm way to approach resolution. No distractions as the workbook layout actually encouraged me to do this. It allows time to think & to be in the moment w/o pages flopping everywhere.
Guided CBT. Great workbook. Definitely better as a spiral bound book.
