A Start to Sourdough!

This book is just what I have been looking for, to learn from a very experienced sourdough baker, to say the least, on how to create top quality sourdough products. The "Lay Flat" feature is just excellent! I'm old school and book form is much easier to read and handle, for me.
The instructional material is concise, easy to read and easy to understand.
