Having this book in a spiral bound format is incredibly helpful. I’m always referring back to the recipe as I go along, so it’s nice that the pages don’t turn. Also glad that the book isn’t huge. The information and recipes inside are great, too! I took a class on how to make fresh pasta, so this book feels like level two! Lots of ideas on how to get creative.
