Additionally, you'll find three “Global Tour” tracks that are 15-minute journeys through all the grooves you've learned.
This book works in conjunction with the Groove Essentials Instructional Video, a three-hour-and-forty-minute program that features in-depth instruction by Tommy on all forty-seven grooves, as well as a free Groove Essentials poster. The audio files can be streamed or downloaded and playable on any of your devices.
