A health coach I know said the Love Real Food book is her one recipe book she'd rescue from a house fire. That's a good endorsement, given her extensive library, so I put it on hold through my library. She was right...it is a fantastic cookbook if you want to eat healthy and enjoy the food. This vegetarian cookbook (I am going for 2/3 vegetarian) has me looking forward to each new entre I try, instead of thinking about what other foods I am missing out on.
I decided I needed my own copy of Love Real Food, and when I googled it and Lay It Flat popped up, I loved the spiral bound option they offered. I have been cooking up a storm ever since. The healthier I eat, the more my sugar cravings diminish...something I never thought would happen for me! Dig in, this book is worth it, especially in the Lay It Flat bound version.
