Twenty-two captioned illustrations — all designed to ease children through their first flight — depict a young couple and their two children at the airport, going through security checks, and waiting to board a plane; a jet being refueled; a pilot and copilot seated in the cockpit; flight attendants giving instructions; air traffic controllers tracking planes; and fifteen other scenes.

Shipping is free for all orders shipped within the United States for orders $59.99 and over. All other orders have a nominal fee of $4.99 unless customers choose faster delivery via for $9.99.

This is an excellent book in its own right. It is well written and covers its subject matter very well. It is made all the better being in the lay it flat format. It can be positioned at a certain page to reference and never flips pages or tries to close. And it can be read in single page format by holding it in that manner. An excellent book made better. This is a sturdy, easy to follow instruction book that really lays flat, even when you fold the pages completely over.
