I love the cookbook! Delicious and easy recipes that taste like my roots. Cucina reminds me of my South Phlly roots and makes cooking so much fun! She is down to earth and knows how to explain everything in simple terms that makes it easy and exciting to cook homemade Italian meals for my family.

Great book to have in spiral bound form

I have always hated regular cookbooks because I was always having to find cleaver ways to try to keep it open on the page I was referencing. But these spiral cookbooks make life in the kitchen so much easier. They actually fit in my book stand without the need for gem clips to keep it on my page. Worth EVERY penny.

The Moosewood cookbook is one of my favorites and my oversize paperback copy is well-used and pretty beaten up. I was glad to see you offer it in a Lay It Flat edition. I've been using it for a couple of weeks and am very pleased. It's so much easier to focus on the recipe without having to weigh down the pages. You've kept all the features of the original but made it easier to use. Good job!
A suggestion for a new edition: Mollie Katzen's second cookbook "The Enchanted Broccoli Forest". I'd be very interested in that.

Great, just great. Now my fat **** is going to get fatter. This book is gorgeous, and reads almost like a novel. Filled with great anecdotes from the show, perusing the pages is just as fun as cooking with it. One warning: the Old Fashioned drink recipe find you passed out on the floor.

I love that each pattern is easy to understand and follow.
