I learned a lot about what foods to eat and what the limits of intake and found delicious recipes.
I have not made any of the recipes yet as I need to purchase some more supplies. The recipes look great and i am looking forward to trying them.. I really like the fact that the book lies flat -it is much easier to use when trying new recipes.
The Mediterranean Diet Cookbook is an easy read. Very good for someone starting out.
This cookbook has a concise but thorough history and description of the Mediterranean diet. I’ve made two recipes so far and they have both been absolutely delicious! Nice full-color photos for many recipes also. 5 stars for the content. Love the way the book stays open with the spiral; The only drawback is that with the spiral-binding there’s no title when the book is standing on a shelf with my other cookbooks. I’ll try sliding a label strip in the binding and see if it stays; definitely a challenge to be solved by FLAT. Hence the 4 stars.
Love the ring binding of this book-so handy while cooking. We’ve only made one recipe so far and it was delicious! Have another planned.
