This is a good book. I love that it lays flat. I wish there were pictures of the dishes.
The "lay it flat" was a wonderful idea. Makes this ultimate book unique, easy to handle and great ideas. Also, love the recipes are very good. Good job AHA. I needed this.
First, really like the spiral bound version. No fighting with the pages. The recipes are nice adaptations of good, uncomplicated meals. Low fat, whole grain versions.
Recipies too large for two people. I'm sure it is very helpful for those who need it's guidance for heart health.
Overall I was disappointed in the recipes in the book. I have found found recipes in other places online that were more heart healthy and they were free. My husband just had a heart attack so this something I take very seriously. As for the flat book, I love it.So very helpful
