Love the spiral aspect. I wish the paper was a bit thicker. The pages don't quite turn properly on top and get caught in the "hook" of the sprial and end up ripping when the page is turned.
I'm thrilled with my new cookbook. (Every cookbook I own should be spiral bound!) I am eager to get busy; resume my love of sourdough bread and the process! The information and instructions (and side comments) by Maurizio are inspiring to say the least. I am forever grateful for this delightful rendering of a marvelous book!
With the guidance of this book I was able to make beginners sourdough bread on my first try. A lot of clear and relevant info so far. Way beyond any other bread books I've tried.
