This is an excellent book for anyone experiencing symptoms of acid reflux. The content is extremly helpful, really works if you follow the book. I love the book construction (lay it flat) my first time for making a purchase from this company but it works for me. I can fold it in half to read it up closer to my face while I am in bed, lay it flat on my desk and its easier to read. I love books and I'm happy I made the purchase. I have a friend who is in a wheelchair unable to hold a book and can put it on the stand on his chair. Its great for him too.
