Adapted from the all-new YOUNG DAVID animated series and inspired by the feature-length, animated DAVID film, Shepherd is the second book in a highly-illustrated, early-reader, chapter book series that imagines the life of a young boy, highlighting the courage and faithfulness that would one day make him God's chosen king of Israel.

It's my job to look after the sheep. It's God's job to look after me!

I won't leave him out there!

David is a shepherd and every sheep in his flock matters to him--even the troublemakers. When Gibor goes missing, David sets out on a dangerous search, determined to bring him home. Will David's faithfulness lead him to Gibor before it's too late to save his mischievous sheep from danger?

King David was one of the greatest leaders in history. His legacy has endured for thousands of years . . . but how did it all begin? Imagine what might have happened before the powerful Bible story of David in the Old Testament. Invite children to learn the values and virtues that made David a man after God's own heart through this inspirational children's book.

America Test Kitchen’s The Complete Mediterranean Cookbook

This is my 4th! ATK Cookbook - actually, 1 of my 4 cookbooks is their Complete/All About Family Baking recipe book, ha, but I still consider it a “cook” book. My latest ATK cookbook, The Complete Mediterranean Diet Cookbook, is just as great as their other (3) cookbooks - it is everything I’ve come to expect from ATK - full of wonderful, healthy recipes that are easy to follow, along with including great color photos & SO MUCH more helpful information & great tips as well. After reading about how healthy & good for you! following a Mediterranean diet is, I researched different recipe books on the M.D., and NO surprise, America’s Test Kitchen The Complete Mediterranean Diet, overwhelmingly got the best rave reviews. I also LOVE this Lay-it-Flat spiral bound design (this is also my 4th Lay-it-Flat spiral bound book) in a cookbook, as it makes it so easy & convenient to read & follow the recipes, without pages flipping closed, or losing your place, or having it fall apart. Buy the ATK’s The Complete Mediterranean Diet, you won’t be disappointed!!

ideal Book Format for ADHD

The Lay it Flat version of the book is a must have. It really allows you to immediately pick up where you left off, and with my ADHD, if I get distracted I can return back to exactly where I left off with no effort. I took a chance on this format, my first Lay It Flat Book and now I’m wondering if I can get all my future books in this format. They’re on to something here! As for the content of the book, she is spot on with advice. Make the investment into yourself and reorganize your life from the ADHD perspective. It’s making a difference for me.

For Simpson Enthusiasts!

If you love the Simpsons, this is a great gift idea for the holidays! Very witty construction of the cookbook, some really cool recipes and a lot of homage paid to one of the great shows of all time. Highly recommended
