Kurtos Kalacs or Chimney Cakes are Hungarian pastries that are baked on wooden cylinders over an open fire but it is possible to bake them in an oven. In this book I will show you how to bake the chimney cakes in an oven.

Perfect for getting back into playing piano again

These spiral bound piano books are absolutely the bomb! With these books, the challenge is all in the playing - not in keeping the book open. My only minor complaint is that the printing needs to be a little further out from the binding. There is a wide margin on the outside, but an insufficient margin on the inside. BTW, customer service has been great too!
