Every recipe I’ve tried has come out delicious. Everyone loves it. That’s saying a lot since I don’t like to cook, but this…I’m enjoying and so is everyone else.

This book is very thoughtfully planned out into small chapters that teach you in detail how to meditate and reduce stress. The spiral binding makes this book easy to handle.

First, I really love the spiral bound "Lay It Flat" books I purchased. This particular book, "Ayurveda for Women" has wonderful information as well as some interesting recipes that are seem to be easy, nutritious & address the possible health issues a person may have. I will be shopping for more as I view more of the selections available. Thank you.

Fun book. Like they said, some are a little harder. But it is a fun book to do with a little friend.

We are experience cooks new to air frying. The number and variety of of recipes allows you to go beyond the basic temperature & time to see the results of an air fryer. The spiral-bound format is especially helpful for a cookbook allowing you to go directed to the page selected and stay there without the concern of the page closing. The binding format led us to a second purchase - The World Central Kitchen Cookbook: Feeding Humanity, Feeding Hope also spiral-bound.
Cost is a consideration when purchasing any publication and the cost of a spiral format is more than a the same bound book. It's worth the investment when purchasing a cookbook
