I love the spiral binding and the ability to have this book lay flat while using it. In fact, I can't understand why all recipe books are not bound in this way! Lay It Flat does an excellent job and I'm glad I found this website.
This is an outstanding book on sourdough bread-baking, and I am very happy to have it. I have been following Maurizio Leo’s blog for years, and I didn’t think that anything could be better, but I was wrong. In addition, I love having the spiral binding so that the book lies flat, although I wish the binding were tighter. It's very loose and tends to come undone as you use the book. As a plus, the company is wonderful to deal with in the event of problems. All in all, I am very happy with the book and the entire experience.
