I am very pleased with all the info included. It's helpful to learn about food and the good things it can do to help avoid inflammation, also to learn what to avoid. There are definitely recipes in this book I will be cooking. I 💕 love that it's spiral bound book. The layout of the recipes is nice.

His wide experiences give many do's and dont's to help readers avoid the pitfalls of poor technique, poor quality equipment and misinformation imparted by others thinking but not having tried-and-true experiences as he's gained over his lifetime of related contact with the firearms industry.
Besides the content, the LAy-It-Flat spiral bound format is a pleasure to have such handbooks in. Instead of having to hold a book with pages spread in normal manner, this can be place in a book holder, propped against a computer or on the shooting bench for quick reference. Besides, having it open to the page you left it at, makes it for an easy readying format. Personally, I wish all manuals and handbooks like these, cookbooks for another example, would do well in this format.
Love my new Sinnytaste One & Done cookbook! I’ve only tried a couple of the recipes, but can already tell that it will be a great cookbook. The recipes are easy to make, instructions are clear, pictures are included, and recipes are on the healthier side. I especially like the spiral bound version-more expensive but worth it. It is user friendly.
